Pronto Fixed Aluminium Louvre System

The Pronto fixed louvre system is a patented aluminium screening system designed for the efficient manufacture of privacy screens, ventilated panels, pedestrian gates and architectural louvre features.

Suitable for residential and commercial applications, the system combines slimline 88mm elliptical louvre blades with purpose-designed frames, support rails, posts and accessories. The fixed angled blades provide effective visual screening while continuing to allow airflow through the completed panel.

Pronto is more than an individual louvre blade. It is a coordinated component system that allows fabricators and installers to manufacture custom-sized screens for a wide variety of openings and applications.

Designed for Faster Panel Assembly

A key feature of the Pronto system is its patented friction-fit side-frame design. Compatible louvre blades are inserted into the pre-slotted frames and held firmly in position, helping simplify panel assembly and maintain consistent blade alignment.

The secure friction fit also helps reduce blade movement and rattling that may occur with conventional punched-box-section louvre construction.

Welded and Non-Welded Assembly Options

Depending on the panel configuration, selected Pronto louvre screens can be mechanically assembled without welding. Screw-fluted blades, compatible screws and purpose-designed drill jigs provide a practical non-welded assembly method for suitable panel designs.

Welding or riveting is required for configurations incorporating heavy-duty gate frames or slotted midrails. Components intended for welding are generally supplied in mill finish so the complete panel can be fabricated before powder coating.

Nil Spacing

Nil-spacing side frames position the louvre blades in a close arrangement for increased visual privacy while retaining airflow through the angled blades.

9mm Spacing

The 9mm-spacing option creates a more open blade arrangement, providing increased airflow and a lighter architectural appearance.

Custom Louvre Panel Fabrication

Pronto products are supplied as aluminium extrusions and fabrication components rather than completed, ready-to-install panels. Blade quantities, midrail requirements and framing components will depend on the required panel height, width and assembly method.
