Delivery & Pickup Information

We offer delivery, pickup and courier collection options across Australia, including warehouse pickup, local delivery in selected areas, and order preparation for customer-arranged courier collection.

Warehouse Pickup

Pickup is available from the following warehouse locations:
  • Virginia QLD – Mon to Fri, 7:00am to 3:00pm
  • Bundamba QLD – Mon to Fri, 7:00am to 3:00pm
  • Molendinar QLD – Mon to Fri, 7:00am to 2:30pm
  • Newcastle NSW – Mon to Fri, 7:30am to 3:00pm
  • Derrimut VIC – Mon to Fri, 7:30am to 3:00pm
  • Dandenong South VIC – Mon to Fri, 7:30am to 3:00pm
  • Kilburn SA – Mon to Fri, 7:30am to 3:00pm
  • Jandakot WA – Mon to Fri, 7:30am to 3:00pm

Additional Pickup Locations for Selected Products

Some products are available for pickup from additional locations. These locations are shown on the relevant product pages and may also appear in the pickup dropdown at checkout depending on the items selected.

  • New South Wales: Thornton, Charmhaven, Glendenning, Smithfield, Smeaton Grange

Orders must be placed and paid for through our website before collection. Warehouse locations are for collection only, and orders cannot be placed, changed, or paid for at the warehouse. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email or SMS with your pickup details and collection reference. Please provide this reference when you arrive at the warehouse office. Pickup orders are prepared when you arrive and provide your collection reference. Distribution centres can become busy, so please allow extra time for your order to be picked and loaded. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before closing time. We also recommend checking your items before leaving the warehouse. If an item is not available at your preferred pickup location, we can arrange a stock transfer from another location before collection. Transfer timeframes vary depending on stock location and availability.

Glass, Pallet & Suitable Transport Requirements

To keep customers, warehouse staff, and products safe, glass products, pallets, and bulky orders must be collected using suitable transport with proper support and restraints. Glass must not be transported loose inside passenger vehicles, including sedans, hatchbacks, station wagons, SUV boots, or across seats. Standard roof racks are not considered suitable for transporting glass panels unless they are part of a purpose-built glass transport system designed to safely support and restrain the glass. Customers collecting glass should use a suitable vehicle such as a ute, truck, van, trailer, or a vehicle fitted with an appropriate glass rack. The vehicle must allow the glass to remain properly supported, secured, and protected during transport. Before releasing an order, our warehouse team may assess whether the vehicle and loading method are suitable. If the vehicle is not appropriate, or loading would create a safety risk, the order may not be released for collection. If your vehicle is deemed unsuitable, you may need to return with suitable transport before collecting your order. For safety reasons, some glass, palletised, or bulky orders may need to be collected on a pallet. If a pallet is required, a pallet fee may apply. If you are unsure whether your vehicle is suitable, please contact us on 1300 915 098 before collection. Delivery may be a better option for large, heavy, bulky, or fragile orders.

Local Delivery

Once your order has been processed, you will be notified by email of your scheduled delivery day and date. Local delivery is charged at a flat rate of $120 per order, whether you purchase one item or multiple items. If a second truck is required, an additional $120 charge will apply. If crane truck delivery is required, a separate quote can be provided.

If you are outside our local delivery area, please contact us for a freight quote. Alternatively, you can add your items to cart and select Request Delivery Quote at checkout.

Order Packed for Your Courier

If you would like to arrange your own courier, we can prepare your order for collection. Orders may be packed on pallets, in crates, or in stillages depending on the products ordered. Please allow 3 to 10 business days for your order to be packed and made ready for courier collection. For glass orders, courier collection may require a suitable pallet, crate, stillage, or glass transport setup depending on the products ordered.

  • Packing crate for glass – $155.93

Pre-packed orders must be collected within 3 business days of notification.
