Plan ahead for the Christmas break
We recommend placing orders early to reduce the risk of delivery or collection delays during the busy Christmas period. Order cut-offs and trading hours can vary by product range and collection location.

The dates below apply to the listed order types and participating collection locations. They may not apply to every Auswide Frameless order. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact our team before purchasing so we can confirm availability and the relevant deadline.
CHRISTMAS TRADING HOURS
Christmas & New Year Closure
The following holiday closure dates apply to participating warehouses and collection depots:

Closes at 12:00 pm
2026 · Collections must be completed before closing time and only after you have received your pickup confirmation.
WAREHOUSES REOPEN
Monday 11 January

Warehouse operations resume on this date. Orders placed over the break may need additional processing time before dispatch or collection.
ORDERS BEFORE CHRISTMAS
Recommended Order Cut-Off Dates
These recommended order deadlines apply to eligible products and collection locations. Placing an order by the date shown does not guarantee delivery or pickup before Christmas.
01 / DELIVERY ORDERS
Monday 7 December
2026
Place eligible delivery orders by this date to give them the best chance of arriving before Christmas.
Christmas arrival is not guaranteed. Freight availability, stock and destination can affect delivery times.
02 / PRE-ORDER & DEPOT PICKUP
Monday 21 December
2026
Order and pay online by this date for eligible collection orders to be prepared before the closure, subject to confirmation.
Confirmed collections must be completed by 12 pm Wednesday 23 December. Do not travel to a depot until your pickup-ready email or SMS arrives.
What about local delivery, crates and palletised orders?
Lead times vary by product, dispatch location, shipping method and delivery postcode. Some bulky, glass or custom orders may require an earlier cut-off. Please contact us before ordering if delivery before Christmas is essential.
CUT-TO-SIZE PRODUCTION
Cut-to-Size Orders
Cut-to-size orders may have earlier Christmas cut-off dates depending on the product and collection location.
If you require your order before Christmas, please contact our team to confirm availability and processing timeframes before ordering.
ORDERING DURING THE BREAK
Our Website Remains Open
You can continue browsing products, placing online orders and requesting delivery quotes throughout the holiday period. Order processing and dispatch will resume from Monday 11 January 2027. Please allow additional time for orders placed during the closure.
