Holiday Season Trading Update – Order Cut-Offs & Closure Dates

As we head into the Christmas period, please review the updated order timelines to ensure your projects stay on track. Orders can still be placed throughout the break and will be processed once we reopen on Tuesday, 6 January 2026.

Christmas Closure

Closing: 12 pm Tuesday, 23 December 2025
Reopening: Tuesday, 6 January 2026

Standard Orders

For dispatch before the holiday closure, please follow these cut-off dates:

Crate, Skid & Palletised Orders – Order by Monday, 2 December 2025
Pre-Order & Collect (including online) – Order by Thursday, 19 December 2025
- Collections must be completed by 12 pm Tuesday, 23 December

Production Orders

(Cut-to-size screening, stainless steel wire, Alumaluxe screening, Enduroshield coating)

Orders must be paid/confirmed by COB Tuesday, 25 November 2025
Production slots are subject to capacity and stock availability — early ordering is strongly recommended

Project Orders

Orders placed on or before Friday, 22 December 2025 → Expected delivery End Feb – Early March 2026
Orders placed after Friday, 22 December 2025 → Expected delivery Late May – Early June 2026

Plan Ahead

Holiday demand can extend lead times. Ordering early secures production space and helps avoid project delays.
