Pronto 88mm Aluminium Louvre Blade
The Pronto 88mm Aluminium Louvre Blade is designed for constructing fixed aluminium louvre panels that provide a practical balance of privacy, airflow and contemporary architectural styling.
Manufactured from 6063-T6 aluminium, the blade features a slim 88mm × 11mm profile and is supplied in a 5800mm mill finish length. Its 1.3mm wall and reinforced 1.6mm centre web provide a clean, stable profile for integration with compatible Pronto side frames and slotted midrails.

Privacy and Airflow Options
The finished level of privacy and ventilation is determined by the Pronto side-frame configuration used with the blade.
- Nil spacing: Provides enhanced privacy while continuing to allow airflow through the completed panel.
- 9mm spacing: Provides some privacy while allowing a greater level of airflow through the completed panel.
Panel Construction
The number of blades required depends on the desired panel height and the selected side-frame spacing. Pronto nil-spacing and 9mm-spacing frames are pre-slotted at 30 degrees to position the louvre blades consistently during panel fabrication.
For wider panels, compatible Pronto slotted midrails may be required to support the blade span. Midrails must be appropriately welded or riveted to the louvre blades as part of the fabrication process.
Important: This standard louvre blade does not contain screw flutes. Where screw fixing is required at the top and bottom of a panel, use the compatible Pronto 88mm Screw Flute Aluminium Louvre Blade.
