Custom Open-Top Aluminium Equipment Enclosure
Keep pool pumps, filters, air-conditioning units and other outdoor equipment neatly concealed with a custom aluminium slat equipment enclosure.
This without-lid model provides unrestricted overhead access and ventilation. It includes hinged front access doors and a slatted back panel and is supplied flat packed in your selected dimensions and finish.

- Colour: Choose from the available powder-coated finishes or mill finish
- Slat gap: Select 0mm, 5mm or 9mm spacing
- Finished width: Enter an external finished width from 600mm to 2,500mm
- Height: Select the required enclosure height
- Finished depth: Enter an external finished depth from 500mm to 1,500mm
- Front access: Available door layouts are determined by the selected width

Open-Top Access and Ventilation
The open-top design provides convenient access from above and allows heat to escape freely. It is suited to equipment requiring regular servicing, additional ventilation or unrestricted overhead clearance.
This model does not include a lid or roof and should not be treated as a sealed or weatherproof equipment cover.
Front Access for Servicing
Hinged front access doors make it easier to reach pumps, filters, valves, pipes and service points. Depending on the selected finished width, the enclosure will be supplied with a single-door or double-door arrangement.
Slatted Back Panel Included
This open-top enclosure includes a slatted rear panel for screening on all four vertical sides. This is suitable where the rear of the enclosure remains visible or exposed.
If your installation requires an open back to accommodate rear pipework or installation against a wall, consider the with-lid enclosure, which offers a choice between open and slatted back configurations.
Premium Aluminium Slat Construction
The enclosure uses 65 × 16mm horizontal aluminium slats to create a clean architectural appearance. Choose the slat spacing that best suits the required balance of screening and airflow:
- 0mm gap: Maximum screening and privacy
- 5mm gap: A balance between screening and airflow
- 9mm gap: Increased ventilation and a lighter appearance

Measuring Your Equipment Enclosure
Measure the total external space required around the equipment and allow adequate clearance for airflow, pipework, servicing and door operation.
- Width: Measure the required external left-to-right dimension
- Height: Measure from the floor to the top of the enclosure at the front
- Depth: Measure from the outside of the front posts to the outside of the rear posts
- Clearance: Allow sufficient room around equipment, pipes, valves and service points
Please note: The fixing plates extend approximately 25mm beyond the nominated width and depth on each side. Check the installation area for walls, fences, pipes and other obstructions before ordering.
When enclosing air-conditioning or mechanical equipment, follow the equipment manufacturer’s required airflow and servicing clearances.
Flat Packed for Convenient Transport
The enclosure is supplied flat packed, making it easier to transport through side access areas, courtyards and restricted installation spaces. All measurements should be carefully confirmed before ordering because the enclosure is custom cut according to the selected configuration.
