Nexia no-weld aluminium batten system and provides the concealed fixing support
required for 30mm-depth batten installations.
Once the back clip is fixed to the supporting surface, the compatible Nexia batten
front can snap neatly into place without welding. This helps create a clean,
professional architectural finish while keeping installation practical and efficient.
Made from 6060-T5 aluminium, the clip is lightweight, rust-free
and suitable for outdoor use. Aluminium provides long-term durability and low
maintenance, making it ideal for exterior privacy screens, batten fencing, facade
features and architectural screening applications.
The back clip is supplied in 6100mm lengths and can be cut to size
to suit your project requirements.

Installation Note
For fixing this clip to concrete, consider a Tapper+ fastener
1-1/4″ x 3/16″ or an equivalent style of concrete fastening
screw. The screw head must not protrude past the clip edge, as this may interfere
with the batten front snapping onto the clip.
