Custom-made Alumaluxe decorative screen panel. Choose your design, colour, exact size and fixing method. Supplied in 3mm or 4mm aluminium composite, depending on colour, with the design scaled proportionally to suit your selected size. Mounting-pin fixing includes the required number of pins for your panel size, along with fixing screws and wall plugs. Folded edges are included only when selected. Screws for face-mount screw fixing, posts and delivery are separate.

Custom Alumaluxe Decorative Screening

Create a decorative screen for your garden, patio or outdoor space. Choose from 34 Alumaluxe patterns, select a panel colour and enter your required finished dimensions. The configurator calculates the price for your selected panel and fixing method.

Choose your design and size

Select portrait or landscape pattern orientation, then choose a design. All designs are available in either orientation, except Reeds, which is landscape only.

The design is scaled proportionally to suit your panel size. Slight design adjustments may be needed to fit your selected dimensions.

Pattern orientation describes the design direction. Height and width are entered independently within the size limits shown in the configurator.

Panel material and colours

  • 4mm aluminium composite: Brushed Silver, Charcoal or Natural White. These have the same colour on both sides.
  • 3mm aluminium composite: White Gloss, White Satin, Matt Silver, Black Gloss, Black Satin, Red Gloss, Yellow Gloss or Green Gloss. 3mm panels have a gloss-white reverse, except Black Gloss, which has a Satin Black reverse.

Aluminium composite has aluminium faces bonded to a polyethylene core. This product is not a solid aluminium sheet.

Available dimensions

Panels start at 100mm high and 100mm wide. With portrait pattern orientation, the maximum unfolded size is 2,400mm high × 1,250mm wide for 4mm composite, or 2,400mm high × 1,220mm wide for 3mm composite. These maximum dimensions swap for landscape pattern orientation.

Folded edges reduce the maximum finished dimensions. The configurator shows the permitted size for your material, orientation and fixing choices. Enter the finished panel size you require.

Fixing options

  • Face mount with screws: panel supplied without installation screws.
  • Face mount with mounting pins: includes the required number of mounting pins for your panel size, along with fixing screws and wall plugs. The configurator summary shows the total number of pins included.
  • Void fitting with folded edges: choose left and right, top and bottom, or all four edges.

What is included?

Your custom-routed aluminium composite panel, with mounting pins and their fixings or folded edges included only when the corresponding fixing method is selected.

Posts and delivery are separate. Installation screws are not supplied when face-mount screw fixing is selected.
