Description
The Nexia 40mm x 40mm Aluminium Rail is designed for use as a horizontal support rail in Nexia aluminium batten installations. It provides a clean and practical rail solution for batten screens, fencing, panels and other architectural screening applications.
This rail is commonly used where Nexia battens are installed as part of a fence-style or panel-style layout. It can be used to support vertical batten arrangements and helps create a neat, structured finish for residential and commercial screening projects.
As part of the Nexia Aluminium Batten System, the 40mm x 40mm rail is designed to work with compatible Nexia brackets, battens and accessories. Shrouds are also available for post mounting, depending on the installation requirements.
Made from 6106-T6 aluminium, the rail is strong, lightweight, rust-free and suitable for outdoor use. Aluminium provides a low-maintenance alternative to timber or steel, with no ongoing painting, staining or rust concerns when using a finished powder coated or timber-look option.
The rail is supplied in 6100mm lengths and can be cut to size to suit your project requirements.
