Can someone else collect for me?
Yes—reply to your pickup email with the collector’s full name and mobile number so we can authorise them.
What should I bring for pickup?
Order number provided via email/sms, and suitable transport/straps for safe carriage. Glass and long items are heavy—plan accordingly.
Warehouses are not retail showrooms. For product advice and options, view our product pages or contact us. We’ll help you choose before you place an order.

How long does shipping take?
Timeframes depend on item type and your location. Hardware in stock typically dispatches promptly; glass (especially large panels or custom) may require additional lead time.
How do I track my order?
We email tracking details (or pickup confirmation) as soon as your order is ready to go.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect on arrival. If anything’s damaged, photograph the packaging and product and contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve it swiftly with the carrier.

Do you have a pickup/warehouse address? Why isn’t it listed?
We fulfil from distribution warehouses that don’t accept payment onsite and aren’t open to the public. For efficiency, we provide the pickup address after your order is placed and confirmed. You’ll get:
A pickup confirmation via email/sms with the warehouse address and pickup times.
A reminder that no sales or payments are handled at the warehouse—it’s collection only.

What is your returns policy?
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of purchase if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (including all accessories). Custom-made items (e.g., custom glass) are not returnable. Returned items must be resaleable.

Will I receive a tax invoice with GST?
Yes—tax invoices are emailed automatically after checkout and include our business details and ABN.
Can I pay at the warehouse?
No. Warehouses are distribution-only. All orders must be paid online before pickup or dispatch.
Are your glass panels compliant?
Our glass products are manufactured to the relevant Australian Standards (e.g., AS/NZS 2208). Pool fencing must be installed to AS1926.1 and local regulations. For balustrade and barrier glass selection/installation, refer to AS 1288-2021 and the NCC.
Do you provide engineering/compliance info?
Yes—we can supply engineering for select products, along with product spec sheets and compliance guidance. Test reports are available on request. Your licensed installer is responsible for ensuring the final installation meets site-specific and local code requirements (AS/NZS 2208, AS1926.1 for pools, AS 1288-2021, NCC).
